Representative

A. Job
Summary:
Our customer service
representatives work in a fast-paced department experiencing growth and constant change.
Duties involve preparing requests for quotes, selling of product, closing sales and
issuing written sales contracts. Must be a self starter, outgoing, and have good computer
skills. -- Bonus Program! --
B. Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on
leads generated by Marketing and Outside Sales.
2. Receive and
process requests for quotes.
a. Gather all
information about the show.
b. Follow up on a regular basis.
c. Work with client to satisfy their needs and more.
d. Up-sell more than asked for.
3. Close sales
contracts.
a. Ensure all data is
complete and correct.
b. Up-sell shows to maximum extent possible.
c. Follow-up with client to ensure information is still correct and there will be no
surprises.
d. Prepare applicable schedules for Production and Accounting.
4. Coordinate
with Production and Customer.
a. Participate in
coordination meetings as appropriate.
b. Keep production, customer, and accounting informed of changes.
c. Identify potential problems, and participate in resolution.
5. Keep database
(TeleMagic) up to date for all quotes, sales, and contracts.
a. Use reports to
schedule activities.
b. Document all calls.
c. Use to schedule future activities.
C. Skills,
Knowledge, and Abilities:
1. Competent in
word processing and databases.
2. Excellent
phone skills, ability to ask for and close the deal, then up-sell after deal is done.
Abilily to "smile on phone".
3. Strong
organizational skills to prioritize, plan, and follow through.
4. Desire and
willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.

Production Staff (Lead)
A. Job
Summary:
Our production workers are
responsible for the presentation and operation of our games at shows. Duties
involve: preparing games; load/unload; transport; set and strike; and completion of all
required paperwork. Must be a self starter, outgoing, and meet grooming standards.
Work schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, and overtime.
Promptness is a must! Requires a CDL Class "B" license.
B. Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare games
for shows.
a. Test and clean games.
b. Obtain training, or train, as required.
c. Proper handling and care when moving items.
d. Properly prepare show kit, tools, supplies, and parts.
2. Load,
transport, set for show.
a. Use load sheets and
check lists.
b. Use load blankets and straps.
c. Verify location, site contact, and dock/set/show times.
d. Ensure early arrival.
e. Meet site contact and communicate your role.
f. Use temps effectively.
g. Perform final show inspection.
h. Call in when show is set (1 hr. prior to show time).
3. During the
show.
a. Be prepared to lead
show if assigned.
b. Be polite and enthusiastic.
c. Return pages promptly.
d. Make minor repairs if necessary, or call for assistance.
4. Strike,
transport, and unload.
a. Coordinate with site
contact before strike begins.
b. Use proper tagging procedures (identify all damages).
c. Use temps effectively.
d. Properly strike and store games (next day ready).
e. Use load blankets and straps.
5. Reports and
paperwork.
a. Submit complete and
accurate show reports in a timely manner.
b. Document time cards accurately and promptly.
C. Skills,
Knowledge, and Abilities:
1. Experience
with trade shows and/or special events.
2. Knowledge of
safe game operations and repairs.
3. Knowledge and
experience with safe operation of material handling equipment and loading and operation of
trucks.
4. Ability to
represent the company and communicate effectively with customers at shows/venues.
